This vacation rental features a luxurious primary bedroom complete with a king bed, a sitting area, and elegant views of the Florida landscape. Its ensuite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower for post-adventure refreshment. The second bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for families or the kiddos of the group, featuring a king bed, a twin over a twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, ensuring flexible accommodations for all guests. Guest access The entire house is available for guest use except two owner’s closets and the boat lift. The boat lift could be available for smaller boats and with host’s permission. Other things to note There is an exception to our cancellation policy during hurricane season. We will be happy to give you a full refund if a named storm causes an evacuation order for Anna Maria. However, due to transportation costs if your trip is interrupted, we recommend getting trip insurance during that season.
