The space About our space Welcome to Sunset Serenity, a beautiful two-story condo designed for unforgettable family and friend getaways, nestled within the fantastic Horizon South Resort in Panama City Beach. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home with everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The Space: This thoughtfully laid-out condo offers ample space for everyone, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests (5 adults and 2 children). Living Area (Main Floor): Relax in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy loveseat and couch. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or step out onto the large tiled patio for a breath of fresh air and quiet evenings. Dining Area: Gather for meals at the dining table with seating for 4, complemented by 2 additional stools at the counter for comfortable conversation. Kitchen: Channel your inner chef in our fully equipped kitchen! It boasts stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and coffee pot, along with all the cookware and dishes you'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Convenience: A half-bath is conveniently located on the main floor. For your laundry needs, a full-size stackable washer and dryer are right in the unit. We also provide complimentary WiFi throughout the condo. Bedrooms (Second Floor): All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and comfort. You'll find plush, 100% sanitized linens and towels provided by Gulf Coast Laundry Service. Master Bedroom: Indulge in the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a full-size closet. The attached master bathroom includes a stand-up tiled shower. Step out onto your very own tiled balcony and enjoy serene views of the backyard. Bedroom 1: This comfortable bedroom offers a king-size bed with a convenient twin-size trundle bed, a full-size closet, nightstands, and a dresser. It has easy access to the full hallway bathroom and its own large tiled balcony overlooking the main recreational area. Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids or additional guests, this room features a full-size bed with a twin trundle bed, a full-size closet. It also accesses the full hallway bathroom. Bathrooms: In addition to the master bathroom, the second floor features a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Horizon South Resort Amenities: Your stay at Sunset Serenity grants you full access to the incredible amenities of Horizon South Resort! Located adjacent to our condo, you'll be just steps away from: 4 Swimming Pools (one is seasonally heated!) Baby Pool Hot Tub Fitness Center Game Room with a pool table Tennis/Pickleball Courts Shuffleboard Horseshoes Mini Golf Prime Location & Local Attractions: Forget the hassle of driving! Sunset Serenity offers an unbeatable location. Beach Access: From our door, it's a quick 5-minute stroll until your toes are wiggling in the soft, white sands of Panama City Beach. Grocery Stores: An easy walk to Winn-Dixie grocery store (just a couple of blocks away), allowing you to stock up on essentials without needing your car or a short drive to Target and Wal-mart for all your vacation needs. Dining & Entertainment: Discover a conveniently located beachside Tiki bar directly across the street, along with other retail amenities and dining options within easy reach. Parking: We provide a dedicated parking spot right at the unit, with additional parking available within the resort. You are required to purchase a parking pass, $25 per car, upon arriving at the condo for all cars (even cars parked under car port at unit) Important Guest Information: Age Requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Resort Fees: A $20 per person property wristband fee is required for access to all resort amenities. There is also a $25 fee for parking passes per car. These fees are collected by the resort upon arrival. At this time rental golf carts are not permitted for any guests. No rental golf carts are not permitted on site. There is a golf cart rental business, Bike the Beach, about a 10 min walk from the condo. If you do rent, you will need to park the golf cart in the lot of Bike the Beach. This condo has a standard coffee maker. 2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Yes. Beach chairs are provided in beach closet but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. Guest access Horizon South is a gated community with coded entry. Guest access includes full condo with keypad entry. Ring doorbell camera with two-way communication to have direct communication with the owner, and 3 additional outdoor security cameras. Registration number 65036 Guest access Full access to entire condo and resort amenities is $20 per person, you will receive a link to buy passes closer to your stay. Parking pass must be purchased ($25) for every vehicle, you will receive a link to buy passes closer to your stay. If you have any issues, you can go to the main office to assist with wristbands and parking passes.
