Guest access Use of entire condo Other things to note Please note that there is a parking fee of $25 per vehicle during your stay and you will also need to purchase bands for any guests over six years of age, the cost is $20 per band, this will provide full access to all the amenities on the resort. Please go to the office located on the resort and pay them directly. Please review the following document to avoid any confusion. WRISTBANDS and PARKING PASS REQUIREMENT: A wristband must be worn by everyone while on the premises, this includes all owners, renters, and guests 6 years of age and older. The guest cost for each wristband is $20.00. Every vehicle on the premises must purchase and display a VEHICLE PARKING PASS. The cost for each parking pass is $25.00 per vehicle (Maximum two vehicles) not to exceed 10 days. An Extended Stay Guest will pay $25.00 per 10-day period with a maximum of $50.00 per six (6) month period. Parking Placards shall identify Unit # and the expiration date. (Debit or credit card only / cash not accepted). No private or rental Golf Carts allowed for guests, Golf carts are allowed only for owners, other golf carts will be booted if parked on the property and will also incur a fine of $200 from the host in addition to boot removal fee charged by the HOA, so please do not park a rental or your personal Golf Cart on the property.
