Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. The pool comes with a 5' fence surround (childproof doors), and all house doors near the pool are self closing for child safety. TV's All TV's offer YouTube TV that lets you stream live and local sports, news, shows from 100+ channels including CBS, FOX, NBC, HGTV, TNT, and more. You are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. GRILL We have a gas grill outside ready for use. PACK N PLAY We offer a Pack N Play for our guests with children. Please request 1-week prior to your stay so that we can set it up for you. (no charge) FULL CRIB SETUP For an additional $95 per stay, we offer a full "Dream On Me" folding/roller crib (27.5" x 51.5"), complete with a Serta Perfect Slumber Mattress, mattress protector, 2 sets of soft jersey knit sheets, and a KeaBabie toddler pillow. Please request 1-week prior to your stay so that we can set it up for you. This is nearly half the price of Baby Quip and other rental companies. HIGH CHAIR We offer a Maxi Cosi high chair for our guests with children. Please request 1-week prior to your stay so that we can set it up for you. (no charge) SECURITY We have installed a doorbell camera at the front door. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the backyard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be cognizant of the # of guests you enter while booking. EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF? We always strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever there isn’t a guest staying the day before! We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and complete any maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is just right for your stay. To request an early check-in, please message us in advance (please note, an early check-in fee may apply). LATE CHECK OUT? Just as we prepared for your arrival, we must ensure everything is ready for the next guest. While late check-outs can sometimes be arranged in advance (please note, a late check-out fee may apply), we kindly ask that you make this request ahead of time. We sometimes are unable to accommodate late check-out requests during your stay, as our cleaners follow a tight schedule that cannot be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding!
