Other things to note **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW OCCUPANCY: Max guest count is 12 people. The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay. Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (12 Guests). LOCATION/ADDRESS: For the safety & security of our guests, we do not give out the address until 48 hrs prior to your stay. *We are located on a main road near Old Town Scottsdale which provides easy access to local attractions and amenities. However, please be aware that this may result in some road noise and traffic, especially during peak hours. VENDORS: Outside vendors require prior approval by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. We are not responsible for any fees if you book a vendor and must cancel on them because they are unapproved. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500) Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise outside the sliding glass door. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee. EARLY CHECK IN We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! LATE CHECK OUT Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled. SECURITY CAMERAS & NOISE MONITOR There is a video doorbell at the front door that records audio and video upon motion. There is a security camera that records audio and video in the backyard that oversees the entire backyard. Do not touch, tamper or cover these cameras, they are in place for guest and host security. Tampering with the cameras will result in a $250 fee and automatic cancellation of stay without refund. There is a noise monitor on the property that monitor noise levels, occupancy, motion, and temperature. Do not touch or tamper with the noise monitor, it is in place to provide security & prevent issues like noise complaints and/or unauthorized parties. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. IS THE POOL HEATED? Yes, we can heat the pool for an additional fee. It is $75/night and must be heated for the entirety of the stay. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! DECORATIONS: No sticky/adhesive dots, tape or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this ruins paint & wallpaper, and you will be charged for repair) Therefore we do not allow anything to be attached to any walls. Standalone backdrops are OK NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises. PETS? Dogs OK - Must be approved by host Pet fee will apply. This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
