The residence has a comfortable large living space.The house is furnished with modern furnitures and appliances.The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils, where you can easily prepare and enjoy meals. Six bedrooms provide comfortable beds and ample storage space to ensure a comfortable and worry-free living experience. The residential area is safe and secure for your residence. Multiple bus stops within walking distance, convenient to surrounding areas and Sydney city centre. Epping station is just a few minutes away and offers a fast train service. Sydney International Airport is about a 30-minute drive away and easy access by taxi or airport bus. There are multiple shopping malls nearby, such as Epping Plaza and Macquarie Centre, making it very convenient for shopping. Walking distance supermarkets are Coles and Woolworths for your daily purchasing needs. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the surrounding area, offering a wide range of culinary options. Close to parks and nature reserves such as Boronia Park and Lane Cove National Park, a great place for your outdoor activities and relaxation. Other things to note There are a small amount of facilities in the house that can't be used, we have posted a hint The air conditioner is set to energy-saving mode and will automatically turn off after 2 hours.No air conditioning on the basement level and one room on the first floor. There is another resident in the other single-story house in the backyard, but the accommodation has curtains to protect privacy. The audio-visual equipment will be powered off and cannot be used between 11pm and 10am. Please note that the gas stove in the kitchen is malfunctioning and a lighter is required to light the flame. We are standard with one bath towel for one person, if additional face towel or bath towel is required an additional $10 AUD/piece. No party rules or quiet time Our property is not suitable for parties or events.Please observe our neighborhood quiet hour after 10pm.If there is too much noise after 10pm, the neighbors will contact me, our local security patrol. We understand that sometimes you will enjoy staying here for a while!However, sometimes our customers will check in the day you check out, unlike the hotel, we don't have a spare room for them to use!So all requests for late check out should be made at least a day before your departure to ensure our cleaning crew has enough time to get the job done!If you need to check out after 12pm, there will be an additional half-day charge through Airbnb and must be paid before your checkout night to get approved.We won't be satisfied with a late check out request on the day of your departure check out request.No late check-out confirmation that our cleaning crew will be working at 10 am and they will be able to enter our property for housekeeping. Extra bedding will be charged at an additional cost of $50.(Please confirm at least one day before check-in.) Rebooking will be determined based on availability and new daily rates.New daily rates may differ from the original reservation price.Guests will be required to pay the rebooking price, which may include higher rates.
