Tucked away in the Devon countryside, our dog friendly retreat promises stunning interiors and total tranquility offering the perfect escape for nature lovers. Located just outside of Axminster this is the perfect spot for families, friends and couples alike. The space A wonderful escape from the hustle of everyday life, step inside and you'll find a homely, luxurious retreat. No expense has been spared with interiors boasting some fabulous brands including Graham and Green. The open plan sitting, dining room and kitchen makes for a perfect space for entertaining - whilst four stunning bedrooms offer an escape at the end of the day. The sitting room is just a delight, with bi-fold windows offering great light even on the dullest of days. The snug at the opposite end of the house offers a cosier space to watch TV or just enjoy the flickering wood burner. The games room, where you'll find a pool table and darts board will keep you amused for hours! The kitchen flows from the lounge and dining room and boasts an abundance of space and worktops. Budding chefs can enjoy the large Rangemaster electric three door oven, American fridge/freezer, and the smartest coffee machine you'll ever see. A real treat ! Rustle up sumptuous feasts using the best local produce - delicious! Make the most of the bi-fold doors that lead out into the garden, with pretty views to gaze at whilst you eat. Up the stairs and you'll find four stunning bedrooms.. The master bedroom, in romantic shades of coral pink, has a sumptuous super king size bed for long, luxurious lie ins. Overlooking the garden and fields beyond. The second bedroom is a bunk room ideal for children and adults alike, the third bedroom is a delightful King and the fourth a double. All bedrooms have storage space. There is one large family bathroom complete with roll top bath and large walk in shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and views over the rolling hills. Plenty of parking space for 4-5 cars. Dogs are very welcome for a small supplement. There is a gated gravel area to the side of the house ideal for all toilet needs. The Hot tub is also available on request for a supplement. There are 4 bedrooms. There are available on request extra trundle beds and a sofa bed. This is NOT a party house and we expect all guests to be respectful and considerate to the surrounding neighbours Any issues with noise and you may be asked to leave the property.
