Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including: • Private pool & hot tub • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout • Free on-site parking • Full laundry room (washer & dryer) • Keyless self check-in via smart lock You also receive complimentary access to both the Hideaway Club and Bronson Club resort amenities: • Lazy river • Waterslides • Splash pad • Fitness center • Arcade • Lake access with kayak rentals Other things to note A one-time $35 Security & Protection Fee is included in your booking. This provides identity verification and accidental damage coverage of up to $50,000, so you can stay worry-free. • Resort Amenities: As part of the community, you’ll have access to the clubhouse, pools, gym, and more. You will have access to the Bronson Club and Hideaway Club for free. • Cleaning: Our team does a full turnover before every guest. Mid-stay cleans available on request for an additional fee. • Supplies: Starter set of toiletries, paper goods, and trash bags provided. For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional items. • Quiet Hours: 10PM–7AM per HOA rules. Please respect neighbors and the community. Other things to note: We are happy to accommodate Shabbat-observant guests upon request. The home has: • Manual keyed entry available (no need to use the electronic keypad) • Refrigerator/freezer light adjustments (we can remove the bulb or tape the switch) • All lights on manual switches • Thermostat can be pre-set before Shabbat • ADT announcements can be turned off Just let us know if you’d like these options prepared before your arrival, and we’ll be happy to set it up.
