INTERIOR Professionally decorated with Wes Anderson's movie aesthetic in mind our home boasts playful decor and maximalist style. From themed bedrooms to vintage movie theatre seats there is no shortage of quirky art, fun furnishings and bold wallpaper to get lost in... Family room- Plenty of seating, large TV for streaming services or take a step back in time and watch a Wes Anderson film or one of the many other DVDs. If you have a little work to do set up your lap top on the vintage typewriter desk. Dining- Large dining room table seats 10 with 2 additional seats at the bar. (high chair always on premises) Kitchen- Fully equipped with all utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare any meal. Spices and oils provided to make those short trips a little easier. Coffee bar- stocked with coffee grinder, full size drip coffee maker and Keurig. We do supply a starter amount of Keurig pods, sugars, cream and Tea. Sun room- Calm and relaxing vibes with a sofa bed & daybed with great views of the backyard. Comfortable "Koala" queen size sofa bed, blackout curtains, and roman shades for privacy when using as fourth bedroom. Primary bedroom- "I always wanted to be a Tenenbaum" King size bed, en suite bathroom, large walk in closet with dresser, blackout curtains. Guest bedroom 2- "Get your hands off my lobby boy!" King size bed, large closet with dresser and blackout curtains Bunk room- "I love you but you don't know what you're talking about." 2 sets of bunkbeds with additional 2 trundles, en suite bathroom, TV, Arcade, Air Hockey, and Foosball. Laundry room- Full size washer and dryer, detergent provided, ironing board, steamer and clothes line. EXTERIOR- Step out the back door of our quirky cottage and immerse yourself in the private peaceful beauty of Sedona. The moment you open the door the sound of Oak Creek fills the air, and you're shaded by giant sycamore trees. -The expansive patio has a 7 ft fire pit table with plenty of seating, outdoor daybed lounger, vintage ferris wheel cart, giant chess board and table with chairs. -Pergola with outdoor kitchen- BBQ, mini fridge, cook top, sink, dining table and bar seating. Follow the flagstone steps to the Creekside deck, relax in the chairs or set up the provided yoga mats. Continue down the path to the creeks edge and enjoy creekside dining at the bistro table, take a nap or read a good book in the hammock. And if you're hot after a day of exploring take a dip in the creek. Outdoor Games- Giant Chess, Giant Checkers, Giant Connect Four, Jumbo Jenga, Corn hole, Bocce ball with sand pit, tetherball and regulation size horse shoes. Have a trailer? Pulling your outdoor toys? No problem our large property has plenty of parking. Accidentally Creekside has all the amenities of home & all the fun of vacation. Guest access Guests have full use of the property Other things to note We know our property is picturesque and is a wonderful backdrop for a wedding ceremony unfortunately per City of Sedona's short term rental permit rules & regulations- NO WEDDINGS, EVENTS or gatherings are allowed.
