The space The main floor has a spacious living room, dining area, floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony that has views of the Breckenridge ski resort and the 4 hot tubs/heated pool. The living room has a large sectional, a 75" mini-LED TV w/ Xfinity, SNES classic, board games, and a surprisingly comfy pullout queen bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make a quick meal, or have a cup of coffee in the morning (coffee's included). Downstairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms with large windows, a workstation, and a full bath with heated floors. Both bedrooms have HDTVs w/ Xfinity or Roku. Upstairs you'll find a loft accessed by a spiral staircase which has two comfy queen beds, a small workstation, and a full bath with heated floors. The foyer has a ski closet and hooks to hang skis/snowboards/gear. Guest access The entire three-level penthouse is yours to enjoy!! Other things to note A parking pass is included, and you can park close to the unit so bringing up your luggage is seamless (the use of some stairs is required).
