Guest access The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Metro A Baldo degli Ubaldi, and is easily accessible with a few stops from Roma Termini Central Station. It is also easily accessible by TAXI or metro/bus from both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Upon request, to be agreed, you can access the house completely independently, as it is fully automated. You will find a keypad with a code to pass through the first security door and then you will enter with a badge. I came up with this solution so as not to burden you with bulky keys. Other things to note SAFETY At the entrance of the first armored door you will find a common corridor in which a security camera is installed in order to make you sleep peacefully. There are two security doors that ensure total security for guests. CAPACITY The maximum capacity is 4 people, and guests who have not been properly communicated in the reservation will not be accepted. No parties and smoking in the apartment (smoke detector present). A crib for babies is available upon request. GUEST IDENTIFICATION Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (T.U.L.P.S.) provides for the obligation to provide accommodation only to persons with an identity card or other valid document. All members of any groups or families must be identified. If this law is not respected, entry into the apartment is not allowed. The identification of guests will be carried out either directly at check-in or a few days before, by sending photos of the documents, in order to be able to register them in the State Police portal. For practical reasons, on the day of check-in, a photo will be taken of the documents (if they have not already been sent previously) which will be immediately deleted at the end of the registration. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Please carefully store the apartment access badge. In case of loss, a penalty of 70.00 euros will be charged. This amount covers the costs of the electrician necessary for the recoding of the new card. INVENTORY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS INSIDE THE APARTMENT All items in the apartment are part of the inventory and are checked at check-out. If they are missing or damaged, compensation may be requested in relation to the value of the object and in compliance with the provisions of the law in force.
