The house has 3 double bedrooms and using the 2 sofa beds can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. Private parking and, on request, electric charging for cars. The space The Villa has three floors on which the following spaces are located: 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; a cozy living room with smart TV and double sofa bed; a small study with a work station and a queen-size sofa bed; a modern kitchen with a large dining table and French windows overlooking; a laundry room complete with washing machine; a service bathroom. There's a furnished terrace for lunches and dinners with views of the Alps, and a garden for sunbathing and relaxing. From June to September, the small pool (170x600cm, 130cm deep) is also open for cooling off. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the pool, the large garden, and the terrace overlooking the Alps.
