The main 1,192 sq ft one-story unit includes two cozy bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a luxurious full bath with a shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The upper-level 900 sq ft studio comes complete with a full bath, kitchenette, dining space, workspace, queen bed, queen daybed, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. Outside, enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard perfect for outdoor activities, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The garage houses fun activities like table tennis and foosball, adding to the entertainment options. And while there's no direct beach access, you're just minutes away from nearby beaches where you can enjoy a day by the water. This charming home has an inviting open floor plan, cozy furnishings, and with a view of the stunning sunsets from our private patio. Please notice: Kindly use the blankets only in indoor spaces as they are not meant for outdoor use. Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property. Guests will have access to the entire space.We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit. We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. Please correctly indicate the right number of people who are going to stay overnight. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. NO SMOKING, including in the garage. The candles in the house are used for decoration and scents. For safety concern, please do not use any open flame in the house, and fireworks is always banned on the property. We love animals. But due to allergy concern, we are not open to host pets. The house is built with septic, and that's why we charge extra for big group due to septic maintaining costs. Please do NOT flush anything into the toilet except for the toilet paper, even though it is said flushable. Also please do NOT dump food waste in the sink. Use kitchen sink for LIQUID only and use garbage bins for food waste. It will be very hard for septic and pumps to deal with grease. For a comfortable stay, we recommend to pack your non-slippery indoor shoes for the trip. Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house. No party is allowed. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum at all time. Quiet time after 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors, maintaining a good relationship with the community is very important to us. Please DO NOT trespass neighbor's private property to access the bluff or beach. The only public access to the bluff is at the old boat ramp at the end of San Juan at Fort Ebey, and the only safe beach access is at Libbey Beach south of the Sierra development at the dead end of Libbey Road. Private property owners reserve their rights to contact the Island County Sheriff’s department for any instances of trespassing. Community pool opens in summer only, and is opreated by our HOA. They have the absolute control over the time of operation. Garbage service date will be every Tuesday morning. If you are staying Monday night, please help us pull the garbage bins out to the road. We truly appreciate that help from you. Island county does not split service between recycle and garbage. We would highly appreciate if you would love to help the earth by taking recycles to Either Oak Harbor Recycling Center or Coupeville Recycling center. It is completely free and maybe right on your road back home. If it is not convenient, you can just put all garbage together and dump them in our bins. BBQ is propane. Please do not use grill during fire ban or windy weather. Please make sure to use grill mat or foil paper when you use the BBQ. Make sure to clean it after each time use. We will try our best, but can not be guaranteed, to check and refill the propane tank on time. If by any chance the propane tank is empty during your stay, it can be refilled at Tractor Co, which is 10 mins drive away.
