This luxurious apartment is modernly furnished and is located in the middle of the Brouwersdam between the Grevelingenmeer and the North Sea beaches. In the immediate vicinity, there are various eateries, play facilities, but also activities such as surfing, blow carting or water jumping within walking distance! Through the open doors you can walk onto your own terrace and start enjoying it! The space Through the front door, located at the rear of the building, you reach the entrance to the apartment. You enter a large hall with a door to the studio where there is a very spacious bedroom 1/study with 2 separate single beds, a large flat screen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a storage room with a second refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Via a staircase of 7 steps, you enter this split-level house in the living room with open kitchen. The open kitchen is full of comforts, such as a large induction hob, fridge/freezer combination, combination microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. To facilitate your arrival, we provide a number of basic things such as: coffee milk and sugar, Nespresso cups and tea for the first day. There is also a garbage bag, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing brush, 1 toilet roll, 1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel and 1 dish towel. This spacious living room has 1 armchair and a large seating area with flat screen television. There is also a large cozy dining area with 10 dining room chairs + high chair. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the harbor of Port Zélande. The next 7 steps will take you to the upper floor. Here, there is a separate toilet, shower and 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 with a double bed 2 x 90cm x 200cm box spring. Bedroom 3 with a double bed 2 x 90cm x 200cm box spring and an adjoining bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 with 2 single bunk beds 4 x 90cm x 200cm. The beds are made for you so that your vacation can start immediately upon arrival! There are also 10 large towels ready for you as standard. Through the living room, you walk through the French doors onto the terrace that borders the harbor of the Grevelingenmeer. On the terrace, there is a garden set and a parasol. You have access to free WiFi in the vacation home. Guest access It is not allowed to park in front of the apartment. About 100 meters from the apartment is a general parking lot where you can park (for free). It is only allowed to load/unload at the apartment. Other things to note - We advise you to arrange cancellation insurance yourself. - You check in via a lockbox. - The person who books with us must also be present during the stay. - Rental to migrant workers is not allowed in the apartment complex. - 1 pet is allowed. - No smoking or cooking is allowed in the apartment. - The organization of student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties in this house is prohibited. - It is forbidden to cause (noise) nuisance to local residents and other guests in the complex. - At the end of your stay, you leave the home and used items tidy and clean.
