Stay comfortable year-round with a brand-new mini-split system for heating and air conditioning, complemented by a Honeywell air filter for fresh, clean air. This brand-new guesthouse was meticulously built from the ground up, securing its occupancy permit in 2023. While the guesthouse and landscaping are all brand new, the original house is, well, original! We look forward to hosting you in our thoughtfully designed space!
