Relax in the hot tub, sauna, or by the fire pit. The game room offers pool table, air hockey, and more. Located 10 minutes to Kalahari, 15 minutes to Camelback, the Premium Outlets, and Pocono Raceway, 25 minutes to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Jim Thorpe (Skirmish Paintball, Pocono Rafting, scenic train ride & more). The space Rooms and Amenities: Bedrooms: Each bedroom features high-quality bedding with white sheets, and mattresses are protected by several sanitized mattress protectors. Bedding is thoroughly sanitized between guests. Bedrooms also have the ability to independently control temperature, allowing each guest to set their preferred level of comfort. Living Area: A bright and airy space with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing by the fireplace or catching your favorite shows. Movie/Game Room: The ultimate entertainment space, featuring: A pool table that converts into a ping pong table and a board game table. Air hockey, shuffleboard with mini bowling add-on, putter ball, and large Jenga. A karaoke machine with 2 microphones (hygiene covers are replaced between guests). A variety of board games for all ages. A cozy movie area with comfortable seating, enhanced by LED and neon lighting to elevate the experience. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials, so you can easily prepare meals for your group. Bathrooms: Clean and modern, stocked with basic toiletries for your convenience. Washer and Dryer: A washer and dryer are available for guest use, with detergent pods and dryer balls provided. Outdoor Space: The outdoor area is packed with features to make your stay unforgettable: Water Activities: Two adult kayaks and one child-size kayak are available, along with life vests for safety. Relaxation: Enjoy the hot tub and sauna, complete with towels and robes for your comfort. Outdoor Living: Hammocks are set up when nice weather is forecasted but may be stored away to protect them otherwise. Grilling: A propane grill is available, with propane readily provided. Linens and Towels: We provide high-quality linens for all beds and fresh, sanitized towels for each guest. Firewood: We provide one complimentary bundle of firewood with a fire starter for your stay. Additional bundles are available for purchase; please reach out to the host for details. Cleanliness and Sanitization: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. Our home is meticulously cleaned and disinfected between stays, with extra attention given to high-touch surfaces. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, with the exception of the owner’s closet, which is securely code-locked for storage.
