This three bedroom, two bathroom home was designed to create a stress-free and convenient, yet high-end and comfortable experience for anyone visiting Seattle. The space Stone Way Greenhouse is a newly built (2022) standalone home just minutes from downtown and designed with everything you need to enjoy your time in Seattle. This three story home has two bedrooms on the first floor (Guest Bedroom and Office/Bedroom) with one bathroom. The second floor is your Main Room, with a full Kitchen, Living Space, and Dining Area. The Primary Bedroom and Bathroom are located on the third floor, and the Rooftop Balcony overlooking Seattle's skyline is located on the fourth floor. (Please note: the rooftop seating/cushions are locked up during the rainy seasons). Stone Way Greenhouse includes one private, off-street parking spot (partially covered with an outlet for EV charging) directly behind the house, and there is ample street parking on Midvale Ave N. Comfortable bedding, rain showers, Heat/AC, WiFi, Smart Home Lighting and Home Speaker System, Fireplace, entertainment kitchen, and a gorgeous rooftop deck overlooking the Seattle Skyline - this place has everything you need to feel right at home in our beautiful city. Our Home Guide includes information of all things to see, do, eat, and drink in the surrounding area, as well as detailed instructions for use of the Smart Home features and more. Guest access This booking grants you the entire house for the entirety of your stay. Your provided Door Code will activate at the time of Check-In and deactivate at the time of Check-Out, and WiFi/House Information is detailed in the Home Guide upon arrival. Check-Out Instructions are provided in the Guide as well, along with tons of info on the surrounding area. There are three (3) Owner's Closets in the home which are clearly labeled and locked. Other things to note Your Home Guide is available to you upon check in, with details of the neighborhood and surrounding area, as well as detailed instructions for the smart devices in the home.
