FOR RELAXED GETAWAYS The Wave Watcher occupies a coveted position on a private road in one of Brighton’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. It’s perfect for calm, restorative stays. If you’re planning lively celebrations, loud/wild parties or are a traditional stag/hen group (rather than a low-key group) this will not be the ideal setting. Adult guests under 25 are welcome with prior approval. The owners are often just a phone call away and genuinely enjoy hearing from guests. They’re always happy to offer assistance and suggestions about the Wave Watcher or Brighton whenever they can. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING You’ll love arriving to a professionally cleaned home. The cleaning fee covers a standard departure clean – we ask guests to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy condition at check-out. If you require extra cleaning during your stay or fresh bed linens or towels, it is available for a extra fee – just ask. PETS We love dogs, but not every guest does! To keep the home super clean and allergen-free, we have a no-pets policy. ENJOY A SMOKE-FREE HOME No smoking inside the house, in the gardens, or on the patio. LONGER STAYS For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you. This property is professionally managed. Our team is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
