A cosy dining area sits beside it—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick breakfast. Just beyond the kitchen, the back door leads to the garden, while the utility room is conveniently located to the left with a washer, iron and ironing board. To the left of the entrance, the master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed and a cupboard for storage. Next door, the second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. Across the hall, the family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. At the end of the corridor, the inviting sitting room awaits, furnished with a comfortable futon sofa and an armchair - ideal for a cosy evening in front of the 50-inch Smart TV (please use your own streaming logins). The adjoining dining area seats four and offers lovely views of the garden, with a back door providing easy outdoor access. There is space to park your car on the drive. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit. Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and provide shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and hand soaps. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, West Town is a short walk away with a Tesco Local. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and garden. There is space on the driveway to park one car.. The nearest bus stop is No. 30 and 31 which stop a short distance from the Station Theatre. The nearest train station is in Havant Town Centre. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. PARKING There is space for cars to park on the driveway. EV CHARGERS No EV/e-bike/e-scooter charging via plug sockets — this is not supported by the property's electrical setup and can cause overloads. Please arrange alternative charging if needed.
