The space Welcome to your peaceful Bath retreat— a calm, comfortable two-bedroom home where you can enjoy the best of both worlds: historic Bath just minutes away, and quiet countryside walks right on your doorstep. We’ve designed this space for relaxed getaways — perfect for two couples or friends exploring Bath’s culture, spa heritage, and stunning surroundings. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet it’s easy to reach the city centre by bus or car (private parking included). You'll find this holiday home on the south side of Bath, with private off road parking on the driveway outside our bright, minimalist and cheerful house. Plus, a parking bay opposite the house. Downstairs there's an open living and dining space, comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair and dining table for four people. There's a 55" smart TV and full fibre WiFi. The space has a warm ambience for comfortable evenings and interesting conversation. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A downstairs cloakroom and handy cupboard for coats and shoes completes the downstairs floor. A patio door to the landscaped rear garden opens out to the patio for lazy summer evenings. Upstairs you have two cosy double bedrooms - one with king sized bed, the other with a double bed. Both beds have comfortable Egyptian cotton sheets, and both rooms have desk, chair, side tables and a wardrobe or clothes rack. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, and is supplied with essential toiletries for your arrival. The house is comfortable for extended winter stays, with reliable heating and space to settle in Guests often say they love waking up to birdsong, knowing the Roman Baths, Georgian streets, and riverside walks are just minutes away. Guest access During your stay you can use the entire house (apart from a small room and a cupboardin in one bedroom, we use as storage), the garden and the private off road driveway for parking directly outside the house. We appreciate you respecting the requested arrival and departure times so that we can make the house as welcoming to other guests as you will find it. We understand you value our house rules. As we are in a residential area, parties are not permitted. We value your privacy, and in return we ask that no visitors are entertained during your stay. This is a non-smoking house, and for your convenience and peace of mind we have installed a Minut noise and cigarette smoke detector.
