Guest access Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3pm once your damages deposit has been paid. Other things to note Damages Deposit: My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb. My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.
