Cute private eco friendly casita, nestled in the jungle on top of a hill w/ beach views & sounds. Ideal for adventurous people! This casita has a spacious floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen & an outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock where you can see monkeys, sloths, tropical birds, & more. Steps away from beach access, surf breaks, & Monsana Restaurant. Escape the noise without being far, 15 minutes by car to town or airport. Five minutes to Paunch or Bluff beach & more restaurants. The space Eco Casita in the jungle with beach views.Surround yourself with nature, ocean views, sounds in a lush jungle! In the day you will have a lot of natural light at the hill top. The hill often gets a nice ocean breeze, monkeys and sloths, as well as a variety of tropical birds! The Casita uses rain water, I do have large storage tanks but it's always good to be mindful with your water use. Especially during the dry season. Relax in the hammock or in the outdoor seating area with beach views and ocean sounds in a large tree filled green space. You will be steps away from a beautiful beach (2 min walk from the top of the hill). Enjoy quick access to Bluff Beach and Puanch Beach as well as the surf breaks and restaurants they have to offer. Guest access -You will have full access to the property. -I have one parking space at the bottom of the hill for a small car, golf cart or ATV. I also have a cover bike parking area. **You will have to walk most of the way up the hill. If you need help with your things I can have someone help you, please just give me notice.** -One full sized bed, extra blankets & pillows -Fully equipped kitchen: blender, coffee maker, pots/pans, ect. -Kitchen island w/ two bar stools. -Outdoor shower -Bathroom, bathroom sink & toilet area, inside. -Two closets, hangers -Hammock & outdoor seating -Outside cloths line. -Cleaning supplies -Bug repellent, bug spray -Door and bed netting. Other things to note *This space is for nature lovers! Or anyone looking to escape into a peaceful green space and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. *The island is currently renovating it’s electricity and power grid. So power outages have occurred on scheduled times & some unscheduled, consistent with remote island living. I do have alternative power supply to keep the lights and WiFi up. * Not the best place for Kids. I do not recommend children to stay here. * Not a good place for anyone who cannot walk up a hill. * Dogs and wildlife on the property! * For your safety wear your shoes/sandals outside. Be mindful of your step and what you grab or touch. * This is a jungle casita, you are in nature. There is wildlife life all around you. Monkeys, sloths, birds, frogs, lizards, bugs and more. * Please understand there are bugs and lizards around. They sometimes make their way in the house. But are harmless. I do provide, bug spray, bug repellent, door and bed netting. All windows are screened. *I do my best to keep the property clean. Please don't leave food or trash outside.
