Come and enjoy a moment of calm and relaxation in Syreland, a charming new apartment, classified 3-star, comfortable, located on the first floor of a detached house in Duttlenheim. You will stay in a small village in the heart of Alsace, between the European capital and the Wine Route. Easily accessible from Strasbourg airport and close to the motorway network, this accommodation sleeps 4 people. It is conveniently located for visits to Alsatian Christmas markets. The space Apartment of approximately 90 m2 attic composed of: - an entrance with a cloakroom wardrobe and shoe storage - Two bedrooms with 1.40 beds - a large living room with a large sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed - an adult dining area and a children's dining area - a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven + microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine (filter and Dolce Gusto) - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer and washing machine. - a baby cot upon request. The apartment is accessible through the main entrance of the house, shared with the host, but it is independent and can be locked . The pool is accessible from June to September but is shared with the host and their family. The hot tub is accessible from October to May. It is located under the host's private terrace. Swimming pool and jacuzzi open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Close to the house are: a post office, a supermarket, a gas station, a tobacconist/press, a pharmacy, doctors, a florist, several restaurants. Towels and bed linen are provided.
