Casa Mica Penthouse Apartment

Kick back and relax in our calm, relaxing and stylish spaces. The space Welcome to Casa Mica Guest House. We have two holiday apartments. One is a smaller Casita situated right beside the pool. The other is at the top of the house, with its own private entrance to the Penthouse apartment, which sees the sunset from its' own private terrace. Please note the Penthouse does have 2 lower than normal doorways and some sloping ceilings. Both apartments have been totally renovated in July and August of 2024. We offer our guests a secluded and private rear garden with the use of large swimming pool which has been fully overhauled and re-tiled in October 2024, outdoor dining areas, barbecue and the recently refurbished hot tub with all new jets. We are always open to new suggestions and encourage feedback as much as possible. We are always looking to striving to be better and endeavour to offer the best holiday experience possible to you. Guest access Whilst the accommodation for both our apartments are self-contained and private and they have their own separate entrances. The rest of the facilities at Casa Mica are shared, with ourselves and the other apartment guests that maybe here during your stay. These facilities include the swimming pool, the hot tub (available in the winter on bookings of 5 days or more), the barbecue area, the loungers, the secured parking area and any outdoor seating and dining areas. Although the Penthouse apartment does it have its own self-contained balcony with dining facilities and sheltered cover, if privacy is required. Other things to note Casa Mica is set in a quiet rural area. To the rear and one side of the property there is an olive and almond orchard. On the other side is our lovely Spainish neighbour who is also an olive farmer. The nearest supermarkets are in the town of Albox approximately 4 km away, there is a pharmacy 450m from us and there are two small bars within 500 m. The nearest restaurant is at the tennis club which is 2 km from here. You can enjoy a quiet stay with us enjoying our large swimming pool, sunbathing in relaxing gardens or unwinding in the hot tub. If you are a little more adventurous there are plenty of opportunities to keep yourself active, including golf, horseback riding, climbing, hiking and cycling. If you like a fun day out there is an Aqua park in Vera, the nearest beach is 30 minutes away or you can go to the spaghetti western mini Hollywood attraction in Tabernas. The lively town of Mojácar is around 40 minutes away, Almeria is approximately one hour from us and Alicante two hours away.
