A short walk to the Provo River offers blue-ribbon fly fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry. Other things to note During the winter, please avoid any areas under or near roof overhangs due to snow or ice fall. Also during the winter, the outside front stairs will be closed. Snow removal typically occurs once per day in the morning following a storm. Snow removal can also occur at irregular times during a storm or after the road is plowed. From October thru April, be prepared for extreme winter conditions. When there is a storm, guests need to be prepared for the house's service garage to be opened and for snow blower noise and some other snow removal work noise. Snow removal may take place at night with lights. During winter conditions, guests are encouraged to use vehicles that are effective in snow. All guests accept the inherent risks of a mountainous environment with extraordinary winter conditions such as, but not limited to: snow and ice fall from roof, slippery and icy conditions, tree limbs falling from heavy snow or wind, snow removal equipment in roadway, snow berms and piles, etc. The driveway is occasionally very icy. We make efforts to mitigate ice buildup with ice melt, but snow and ice can remain hazardous at any time.
