Any guest who uses the archery area agrees to release and hold harmless Astoria Cabin, its owners, and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from participation in archery activities. By completing a reservation and/or entering the property, guests agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Astoria Cabin, its owners, hosts, property managers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, expenses, or legal actions arising from or related to the use of the property or any amenities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Guests are solely responsible for supervising children, exercising caution, following all posted rules and safety instructions, and using all amenities responsibly and appropriately at all times.
