The space Nestled in the lush jungle of Sarapiqui, Costa Rica, this 2-bedroom adventure outpost provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Ideal for small groups or families, the recently-renovated "Coco Cabana" features one (1) queen bed and two (2) twin beds, as well as separate lounge and kitchen areas both indoors and out. Inside, you’ll find designer finishes and thoughtful amenities, including brand-new Samsung A/C units in each bedroom; a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and extra large towels from the American "Brooklinen" brand. We also provide books/magazines (including a collection of antiques), Bluetooth speaker and board/card games for both adults and children. Luggage racks, table-top fan, clothing rod/hooks, laundry drying rack (stored beneath the bathroom sink) and umbrella are also provided. And despite the remote location, there is wifi. The primary (Queen) bedroom features a memory foam mattress topper, down feather duvet, and two bedside shelving units. There is also a clothing rack with hangers for additional storage. The eat-in kitchenette is fully-equipped with coffee maker, kettle, three (3) pans, one (1) pot, cutting board, peeler, cutlery, steak knives, six (6) dining plates and bowls, six (6) drinking cups, serving bowl, two (2) serving spoons, one (1) large kitchen knife, spatula, colander, dish drying rack, silicone trivet and mini-fridge at minimum. A gas stove (double-burner) is located on the back patio, close to the kitchen inside. Complimentary local ground coffee, sugar, tea, creamer, salt, pepper and other seasonings are stocked. Sponge, paper towels and/or dish towel and dish soap also provided. There is stool seating for four (4). The living room features two small couches, perfect for seating four comfortably. The designer glass coffee table sets the scene for the perfect game night. Step outside and explore the fenced-and-gated property, complete with dining space and ceiling fan on the back patio; ample parking (including a covered spot); all surrounded by jungle. Guests are welcome to discover nearby watering holes, enjoy scenic hikes, and immerse yourself in nature either on your own by walking alongside the dirt road. Outdoor lighting, including spot lamps, allows for nighttime wildlife watching, adding an extra layer of magic and adventure to your stay. Provided citronella candles keep bugs at bay. Utilize the exterior boot wash-and-dry station out front to keep your gear in top condition. You will also notice the incredible murals, hand painted by California-based artist Evan Skrederstu.
