Great location if you are visiting for work or leisure! The space One bedroom studio apartment located on a second floor, fully furnished with all comfort and essentials to make you feel like home. This studio apartment fits 3-4 people perfectly, either 2 adults and 2 children; or 3 adults can sleep comfortably. (Full size bed and a sofa bed available) The apartment building includes shared amenities such as movie theater, pool, gym, BBQ place, co-working space, free parking space and more. This is a non-smoking apartment and overall facility, we would appreciate all guests follow that policy. Guest access Check-in time is flexible given that both the reception and security booth are open 24x7. Personal information such as full name and ID will be requested prior to arrival in order to speed up the check-in process at the promises. Once checking out, returning the access card and keys is mandatory, otherwise the guest must cover any replacement cost. All shared amenities are available for our guests. Other things to note A new hotel is being built besides the apartment building hence there may be some minor inconveniences experienced from construction work. The apartment is located on a busy street so there could be external traffic noise mainly during late afternoons and in the mornings.
