With no neighbors except the ranch house which is 100 feet away. Quarter-mile of dirt Road off the main paved road. it's in good shape, steep and bumpy but you don't need four-wheel-drive. Except in excess of rain or snow then all wheel drive is recommended. Natural hot springs 4 miles away. There is a fire road that leads miles up the piuot Mountain. ask the host how to access that road it is walking only, or bicycling. no motorcycles or off-road vehicles on this property sorry. Squirrels too. Children must be observed at all times. Half mile dirt road fairly steep all wheel drive is recommended during heavy rain. portable heater raises the temperature 10 to 20° at most. Not insulated tent. People you cannot bring a second heater and plug it in. It will blow the main circuit breaker and you’ll be without power for the rest of your stay. Cold water only in the Tipi, hot and cold water in the big sink in the in the shower room, this is where you do your dishes. We keep the place very clean, and you're on a mountain surrounded by dirt. Dirt gets in. glamping is not recommended for anyone who is afraid of camping, bugs ,dirt ,wild animals are what you’ll have here.
