The exposed ceiling with wooden beams and the parquet floor give it a warm and welcoming tone. The rooms are bright and equipped with split air-conditioning for heating/cooling, TV and Wi-Fi. The accommodation is equipped with new fixtures and semi-dark curtains that guarantee excellent privacy. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. LIVING ROOM WITH DINING AREA AND SOFA BED The living room, which represents the heart of the house, is bright and welcoming. Inside the room, there is a dining table, four chairs and a sofa (which can also be used as a bed) to fully enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort during your stay. BEDROOM The room consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam pillows and mattress, blankets, cotton sheets, high-quality towels and a wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases. KITCHEN The modern kitchen is equipped with: induction cooktop (4 burners), set of pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. BATH HOUSE The bathroom is complete with all amenities: toilet, bidet, comfortable shower stall, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. Guest access The house is located in Via Fontebella 56, on the first floor, in the center of Assisi (limited traffic zone). Upon arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. Just make sure you have a good internet connection. Go up the stairs and the door of the accommodation will be on the right. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house. The nearest parking lot is "Saba Giovanni Paolo II," a few minutes' walk from the house. Alternatively, near “Porta San Giacomo”, you can find the “Municipal Parking”, a few more minutes' walk from the accommodation. Other things to note • possibility of renting E-Bikes at the “Progetto BO” social promotion association near the Assisi station, with private parking where you can leave your car.
