We are looking forward to welcoming guests to our newly furnished and remodeled home in Nashville. You will be in the heart of Green Hills surrounded by songwriters, musicians and artists. Just a short 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, The Bluebird Cafe, Green Hills Mall, VIP movie theater and loads of shops and restaurants. You will be centrally located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and music row. The space We provide luxurious furnishings and amenities and hope you will enjoy your stay in Music City! The beds have top of the line king tempur-pedic mattresses in both bedrooms outfitted with "Cozy Earth" bedding and duvet covers (rated Oprah's favorite 5 years in a row). The Master bathroom is all marble and has a shower for 2 with 5 shower heads and double sinks. The stainless steel kitchen has a 6 burner stove, loads of high quality cookware and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals at home. There is a Nespresso coffee machine or if you prefer some other coffee brew please let me know what kind of coffeemaker to have waiting for you. There is a new side by side washer and dryer for your convenience. Warm up by the gas stone fireplace (with remote control). Keep up your work out in the private gym. There is a workout bench, free weights, a rowing machine, yoga mats, TV and "The Mirror." If you want to get a boxing workout in, Title Boxing is a couple of minutes walk from the house. For musicians coming to town you are welcome to use the keyboard, guitar and ukulele. The music room can also be made into an office if that would be more useful for you. The screened in porch has a door connecting the music room/office and there is a private bathroom connected to the office/music room as well. The wonderful screened in porch with glider sofas and a fire pit is our favorite place to catch up with friends and one another about the day, write or enjoy our morning coffee. There are huge flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, the gym and living room. The furniture is super comfy, new and high quality. You will have a private garage and gate with a clicker for extra safety.
