Ocean beaches are nearby. There's plenty of room to stretch out comfortably with the whole family. Located in a quiet neighboorhood. This stunning home has everything you need for that perfect getaway! With the water a stone's throw away, you will be captivated by the views from the two decks and patio. Inside you'll find a home designed for someone truly wanting to be pampered. With a 65" Samsung OLED TV in each bedroom and a whopping 77" OLED TV in the living room. Your viewing time will be complete with unlimited streaming options. While you're relaxing you can enjoy a feather lined sectional, or retreat to a bedroom to find the comforts of watching a show laying on a Sterns and Foster bed, (bunkbeds and roll-aways have comfortable memory foam). If you're not ready for relax time and want to have some fun, there are many options to choose from. Start in the recreation room for hours of playtime on the 12' shuffleboard. Move to the cocktail arcade machine with the "old school" games that spark up such great memories of the past! If ball sports are more your thing there is an indoor basketball hoop shoot game that even the smallest of kids can enjoy. Want to take it down a notch but still play some games? The main floor pantry closet hold hours of fun with boards games, puzzles, and cribbage, checkers/chess. There are also 7 bikes w/helmets (4 adult, 3 kids) available to use if you want to explore the area. Everyone has to eat why not make that special dinner with the family on a beautiful gas stove using quality Hexclad cookware. The set even includes a 14" wok with chopsticks! This equipped gourmet kitchen will create new memories with the family for years to come as you visit around the massive 12' granite countertop while preparing a meal. The "little's" can enjoy picking out their dishes from their own special drawer. The other 6' countertop would make a great workspace location with plenty of room to spread out while you enjoy the water view. If spending more time outside is for you there is a variety of things to do nearby. A river beach is just steps away. Grab the beach wagon, fill it with chairs, towels, and beach toys and head to relax while the kids play in the sand. If you want to go bigger drive to the nerby South Jetty. Which is located in Fort Stevens State Park to see where the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean just minutes away. Try another entrance there at the park to enjoy miles of the Oregon ocean beaches Feeling more adventurous, hop on a bike and explore the area. There's acres of trails to ride in Fort Steven's State park The Fort's military museum and a artillery battery entrance in only a couple of blocks away. You can also get to the beach by bike on these trails or drive to the historic Peter Iredale shipwreak which provides beach access there for both you and your vehicle if you so choose. Across the street is the Marina where you can launch your boat, park your trailer, or RV. *Please note* They do charges a daily fee for their services. If you're here for the big "Bouy 10" event or are looking to hire a guide there are several great guides to choose from. Fishing, crabbing, clamming, boating is a thrill that can definately fill your day. When the day is over, grab some food from one of the local eateries and come back to the house to enjoy while taking in the postcard perfect view from the decks. Guest access Access is provided through the front door electronic keypad and garage door. You will receive the key code prior to check in to ensure simplicity and security. Other things to note There are 3 stories and may not be appropriate for small children or people that find stairs to be difficult. 2 full bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor. 1st floor bedroom has a 1/2 bath. 2nd floor has 1/2 bath. The hot tub is located on the front porch near the 1st floor bedroom. Strict 10pm noise ordinance. Violation will cause removal without refund. We ask that the garage door be closed after 10pm to respect the homes that are directly behind us. Absolutely no parties!! This is a quiet neighborhood that does not stay up late. It is monitered by police patrol and neighborhood watch. There will be a $1000 fine and immediate removal without refund. Parking allows for four vehicles on-site. Two cars in driveway and two cars in garage. There is also on-street parking. You can park in front of the townhome on Fourth Avenue or Jetty street if you prefer. There are 2 live ring cameras facing outwards toward the streets outside. One is mounted in the doorbell front door, one above the garage door. These are used for security purposes while the home is vacant. They activate and record upon movement, including hot tub use. We want to make guests feel comfortable and apologize for any inconveniences. You may cover the camera with a small baggie or something VERY light while using the hot tub if you prefer. Unfortunately, due to owner's severe pet allergies, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home there is a fine of $1000 per pet and the guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We are very sorry for any inconveniences.
