It is not for events, parties, or large gatherings. Eight adults in four bedrooms (7 beds) is included in the rate. There are 4 sofas in bedrooms 1-3, that can be made up as 4 additional single beds (twin XL) for the $35 per night extra guest fee, if additional beds are needed. This would make a total of 11 beds available. A $35 fee per night will be charged for each additional person, or if any of the eight require additional beds to be set up.
