The space This beautifully renovated A-frame cabin, nestled on 5 peaceful acres on Williams Lake, offers the ultimate retreat for up to 6 guests. With a perfect blend of modern touches and classic cabin charm, the cabin boasts plenty of space for relaxation and fun. The spacious entryway, complete with a closet, invites you in, leading to a cozy living room with expansive windows overlooking the lake. A warm electric fireplace adds to the inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, a dining table, and an island with seating, perfect for delicious cabin meals or casual gatherings. The main level also includes two bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and tub, and a laundry room with both a washer and dryer available for guests to use. In addition to the main level, the cabin also offers a charming loft, which serves as a cozy, fun space perfect for families and kids of all ages. Whether it’s for quiet play, reading, or simply enjoying some downtime together, the loft is a versatile, comfortable retreat. For added enjoyment, step outside onto the deck with seating to take in the views or relax by the firepit. Bedroom 1: Lakeview King Bedroom This serene and spacious bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a dresser, and a full closet for ample storage. Large windows open up to beautiful views of the lake, filling the room with natural light and creating an airy, peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re waking up to the morning sun or unwinding after a day of adventures, this room offers a relaxing retreat. Bedroom 2: Wooded Queen Bedroom A cozy, intimate room with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and full closet. The windows offer a tranquil view into the surrounding woods, making this space feel secluded and peaceful. The natural light filtering through the trees adds to the room’s moody charm, making it a perfect spot for restful nights. Loft Space The loft is a fantastic, versatile space perfect for families or anyone looking for a little extra room to relax. It’s equipped with a queen floor bed, an array of toys, books, and puzzles, making it ideal for kids but cozy enough for guests of all ages. The space is secure with built-in gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for peace of mind, making it a safe and inviting area for everyone to enjoy. License This property is fully licensed for overnight rentals through Marquette County and the state of Wisconsin. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire cabin. The door under the stairs is locked for owner use/storage. The Garage is not for guest use as it is used for storage. Other things to note The Lake The lake is crystal clear and teeming with healthy fish, making it a great spot for fishing and relaxation. However, during the summer months, a natural green weed growth and lily pads can occur. The lake is open to motorized boats, and there is a public launch on the other side for easy access. You’re welcome to swim, though please note that the bottom near the dock can be a bit mucky. The lake has a max depth of 8 feet. If you'd like to fish a friendly reminder to please bring your own equipment and be sure you have your license.
