Gli Ulivi Apartment & SPA is a modern accommodation with attention to the smallest details, equipped with all amenities and a small private SPA. Located in S. Albino di Montepulciano in a panoramic position, surrounded by the green hills between Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia. The entire apartment consists of two large double bedrooms, an open space consisting of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen. Private spa with sauna and two-seater whirlpool tub, two bathrooms with showers and a large balcony. The space Gli Ulivi Apartment & SPA is a few kilometers from the historic centers of Montepulciano and Pienza, the Val D'Orcia, the fabulous Theia thermal pools of Chianciano Terme and the Terme di Montepulciano. Gli Ulivi Apartment & SPA is accessed with a card that will be delivered upon arrival upon acceptance of the short-term rental agreement. The 110 sqm apartment is for guests' exclusive use. ROOMS The two large double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, four-door wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the case of a reservation for two guests, one of the two rooms will be made available, specify your preference (Petrol or Perla) in the booking message. PRIVATE SPA The SPA offers a large two-seater hot tub with various types of water and air jets and a two-seater Finnish sauna, both equipped with chromotherapy and Bluetooth. Refreshing bucket shower for after-sauna and a small relaxation area. You can customize the lighting of the entire room via the lighting remote control (color and intensity). The SPA is located inside the apartment and therefore for the exclusive use of guests. LIVING ROOM The open space consists of a large living room with a large fireplace, dining table, sofa bed, 50-inch Smart TV and air conditioning. You will find a basket of wood for the fireplace in the apartment. You will need to obtain additional firewood on site. KITCHEN The kitchen is induction and is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with different types of pods, kettle with a wide choice of teas and infusions, toaster and electric juicer. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, placemats, dishes and everything you need to cook are inside the kitchen cabinets. You can also find basic necessities such as salt, oil, pepper, and sugar. During your stay, you will have a dishwasher and detergent available. If dirty dishes and utensils (from the last breakfast) are left before departure, fill the dishwasher but do not start it.
