Guest access Guests have shared access to the full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, enclosed patio, backyard firepit, laundry room, instruments, and books. Your bedroom is private with plenty of storage and a tray table for meals. I work from home, but while you’re not out exploring, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared spaces, relax on the patio, and settle in comfortably. During your stay I’m happy to interact when I’m not deep in my work, as I genuinely enjoy meeting and getting to know people. I love deep philosophical conversations, good humor, and interesting perspectives on life. That said, if you’re going through something and need dedicated time to work through emotional challenges, personal struggles, or big life decisions, I do offer private personal development coaching sessions that can be scheduled separately. I also tend to decompress around 9pm, have a smoke, watch a show, and zone out a little, so I may get pretty quiet around then. Don’t take it personally! You’re always welcome to join me for some low-key chill time. Other things to note My home is ideal for travelers who enjoy being out and about exploring all NYC has to offer. ✔️ Come and go as you please. Quiet hours: 12am–7am weekdays and 3am–8am weekends. ✔️ My home and neighborhood are generally quiet and cozy, although nearby neighbors occasionally host gatherings that can get loud, sometimes late at night. ✔️ My partner may stay over some weekends, and I occasionally have friends or guests visit. ✔️ This is my home and I work from here, so while I want you to feel comfortable and welcome, expect the natural rhythm of a shared, lived-in home rather than a private apartment or hotel.
