The home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile from Central Park and Arbor Lakes Shops (Maple Grove Downtown). The home is around 25 mins drive from MSP Airport and Mall of America. The space Our home is a spot level house. There is one level up with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and a large deck which leads to the backyard. Then you head down to the second level with one bedroom, living room, bathroom, laundry room and a walk out to the backyard. Guest access Please use the garage as your main entrance. When you come in, you’re most welcome to park the car inside the garage. We will provide a specific code generated for your stay to use during your time. The main entrance door should be avoided at all times. No entering or exiting through the main entrance during quiet hours. Even the slightest footsteps can be heard by the next unit neighbor. So avoid using the main entrance. When you enter through the garage you walk right into the lower level which has small living room, one bedroom and a full bath. Small stairway leads up-to another floor. Other things to note Only registered guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property—no exceptions. If we discover that unregistered individuals have entered the premises and caused disturbances or excessive noise, a fine of up to $500 will be applied. Absolutely no parties or additional guests are permitted at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.
