Please request any temperature adjustments from host (send text and I can make adjustments from phone). There is an extra space heater in closet if needed as well as additional blankets. You will have access to a kitchenette/ laundry room equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, and washer/dryer. Large bedroom with space for morning sunrise yoga. Enjoy the luxury of our spa steam shower afterwards! ** Please note that there is absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN HOME OR ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. Non-compliance with this rule will result in guests being asked to immediately leave the property. **The property is a working ranch, we keep livestock, horses, grow hay and trees. As part of ranch life, animals need to be fed morning/evening and so you will hear noises associated with these activities. You will also see and hear occasionally hear tractors, gators, or other ranch equipment during your stay. This is all a normal part of our daily lives in maintaining our ranch. Our guests frequently tell us how much they enjoy hanging out watching the animals, the farm activities, and wildlife and state the noises are minimal. They tell us how peaceful it is here, but we want to ensure you are aware of the noises associated with caring for livestock and farming activities. We hope you enjoy experiencing your time in a natural beautiful rural location, yet are still very close to city amenities. Guest access Rear entrance to guest quarters close to parking. Other things to note We have several sweet well-trained (two dogs) that are in the home but in a separate areas from guest suite.
