The space A Cozy House Just Outside Amsterdam Welcome to a stylish and comfortable family home, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay, just 15 minutes from the bustling heart of Amsterdam. This modern three-story house provides the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. First Floor: Step into an open and airy space where the sleek kitchen blends seamlessly with the living room. Sink into the cozy couch or one of the two comfortable chairs, and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55-inch LG TV equipped with Netflix. Whether you're relaxing after a day of exploring or sharing a meal, this space is designed for comfort. Just outside, you'll find a private garden. Gather around the outdoor table for outdoors dining, lounge in the seating area by the fireplace, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed evening. For those who love a bit of adventure, take a dip in the ice bath, perfect for refreshing and invigorating moments. And there’s a convenient restroom on this floor as well. Second Floor: Head upstairs to the master bedroom, where you'll find a luxurious two-person bed (180x220 cm) and another TV with Netflix for those lazy mornings in bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a modern bathroom, equipped with a spacious rain shower that promises a spa-like experience. There's also a second toilet here for added convenience. One room is locked for our stuff. Third Floor: The top floor houses the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable two-person bed (160x200 cm). It's an ideal space for guests or family members seeking privacy. There's a laundry room with both a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. Need to tidy up? There’s also an ironing station to ensure you look your best. There is a possibility to having one extra bed for a child, please ask us about the possibility before your stay. With all these amenities, this beautiful home is not just a place to stay but a true retreat. Good to know: when we are not renting out the house, we live here ourselves and we like to keep a good relationship with our neighbors, so please be mindful of this. Please keep quiet between 10pm and 7am and parties are not allowed in the house. Guest access You rent the whole house and have access to all of it. Except for one room on the second floor, we locked this room for our personal stuff and the barn in the garden is unavailable.
