The space The apartment is composed of 3 mini-apartments that offer privacy for couples but the ability to travel in a group of 7 people, each room has a double bed (with capacity for 2) an en-suite bathroom and a mini kitchen ideal for preparing breakfast or some dinner after visiting Salamanca. BEDROOM 1 It has a double bed, 135 cm x 190 cm with quality bedding and an open designer wardrobe, with space for 2 people. Unique design with a lot of personality. Room 1 has an en-suite bathroom and a mini kitchen. It also has a small 140 x 180 cm sofa for 1 person. BEDROOM 2 Designer room that has a double bed of 135 cm x 190 cm with quality bedding, with space for 2 people and an open wardrobe. Crib available upon request. Room 2 has an en-suite bathroom and a mini kitchen. BEDROOM 3 It has a double bed, 150 cm x 190 cm with quality bedding and an open designer wardrobe, with space for 2 people. Unique design with a lot of personality. Room 3 has an en-suite bathroom and a mini kitchen. All the mini-apartments have an open-plan kitchen, all have a small table with two chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, microwave, hood, washing machine, coffee maker and dishes, wine glasses. BATHROOMS Features three fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sink. There is a hair dryer, iron, towels, shampoo and gel for more comfort during your stay in Salamanca, one per en-suite room. The Historic Center Parking (USAL) is located 4 minutes from the apartment and costs 15 euros 24 hours (closed from 11:00 to 7:00), spacious and close to the apartment. The apartment is registered in the tourism registry of Castilla y León as a house for tourist use with number 37/00 in process. Guest access The services and use of the apartment are private, and the people who made the reservation will have access to the entire apartment.
