Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. Breakfast each day will feature home-made dishes. The space DISH TV, wifi, washer and dryer are available. Pack N Play can be provided for infants or toddlers at your request. Guest access You will access the BnB through a private entrance, using a lockbox, and have excess to the entire space. Other things to note ***Holiday weekends guests must book 2 nights minimum. This includes New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. At all other times I allow 1 night stays. Due to municipality ordinance, I can book guests up to 7 days at a time on
