Charming 70 sqm apartment located inside the "Capo Ceraso" resort, with shared swimming pool, shuttle to and from the beach, restaurant, bar, miniclub and entertainment. The accommodation is located on the ground floor (steps to access) and can host up to 4 adults and 2 children. The property consists of two bedrooms, a mezzanine with two single beds (1.60 MT high ceiling), two bathrooms, living room, kitchenette, veranda and private garden with sea view. Parking available on site. The space Please note that there are steps to access the structure and steep internal stairs to access the mezzanine. The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, split A/C and view of the rear veranda; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and ENSUITE BATHROOM with sink, shower box (raised), bidet and WC; - MEZZANINE (ceiling height 1.60 MT) with two single beds (children only), wardrobe and fan; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, SMART TV 40'', split A/C and access to the rear veranda; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BATHROOM II with sink, shower box (raised), bidet and WC; - Front VERANDA (located at the entrance) with sofa; - Rear VERANDA (access from the living room) with dining table and chairs, outdoor lounge, deckchairs and sea view. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split inverter, washing machine, shutters, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The resort offers a shared swimming pool for guests of the center. The pool is accessible from June 8th to September 7th from 10 AM to 7 PM, with closure from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (from July 7th to August 24th the closure is reduced from 1 PM to 2 PM). Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory. Free private parking is available on site. The parking is uncovered and suitable for SUVs and minivans. Cots and cribs for children are available on request. The mezzanine is not equipped with air conditioning; however, a fan is available. ATTENTION: the garden has uneven ground and a low fence. Please be especially careful if you are travelling with children. Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule. In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of €150.00 being applied to the guest. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal! The swimming pool is shared with resort guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
