The centerpiece of the main floor is a dramatic 22-foot fireplace with marble details, complemented by a kitchen featuring Italian oak cabinetry, sleek marble countertops, and Miele appliances. The lower level is packed with amenities, including a full wellness center with gym, sauna, hammam, and a lounge with a wet bar. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with an infinity-edge pool, sundeck, and spacious terraces offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you’re entertaining or enjoying quiet time, this home is designed to bring luxury and nature together seamlessly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed. Other things to note Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 Charge per pet. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee equivalent to a 1-night worth of reservation as well as possible removal from the property. Security deposit A refundable credit card hold of $5,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
