Located on the first floor with elevator, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, a dining room with a sofa and a full integrated kitchen. The space The apartment is very functional and well laid out, with room for up to 2 people. Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Unfortunately, to access the elevator there is a step which prevents access for people in wheelchairs. Bedroom: Equipped with a double bed, it provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere to rest after a day exploring the city. Although it has a small window, it is enough to provide sufficient light and ensure tranquility in the environment. Living room: In addition to the sofa, the living room is an ideal place to relax, read or watch TV. It's a versatile space that fits your needs. Its design and layout ensure good lighting. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen has been equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy your meals in total comfort. It includes modern appliances, kitchen utensils, and a dining table to enjoy your homemade dishes. Bathroom: The bathroom is new, with a modern and functional design. It includes a shower, sink and all the amenities you need for your personal hygiene. While the bathroom is normal size by European standards, for some older people or those with reduced mobility it may be small. Safety and Comfort: Located in a building with an elevator, it guarantees the safety and comfort of all people. - LOCATION Located in the heart of Madrid, you will be a stone's throw from some of the city's landmarks: - Gran Vía: 2 minutes' walk from the main Avenida comercial de Madrid, - Plaza Cibeles: a 10-minute walk from this iconic square. - Plaza Mayor: 12 minutes walk away, this is one of the most famous squares in Madrid and a landmark for the city. - Puerta del Sol: 10 minutes walk, it is one of the most important tourist spots and a must for any visitor. - Centro de Madrid: Being in the center allows you easy access to shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, theaters and museums, making your stay a complete and enriching experience. - CONNECTIONS - Metro station 150 meters away (Chueca Station) - Long distance and AVE (fast speed training that connects to the rest of the country) is a 20 minute walk on Paseo del Prado (or 5 metro stops from Plaza del Sol). - The Madrid-Barajas Airport, a 20-minute drive - ENTRY When you arrive at the apartment, we will greet you in person. Check-in at no extra cost is from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm. After 9:00 pm there is an additional cost, according to the arrival time, to be paid in cash: - From 9pm to 11pm -> 30€ - From 23:00hs to 01:00hs -> 40€ - From 01:00hs to 02:00hs -> 50€ For check-in after 2:00 AM, please check. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. - LOCKSMITH COSTS The person booking will be responsible for the following costs: - For loss of key -> implies change of lock: €300, - Forgotten keys inside the apartment -> implies transfer to the apartment: €150 - Locking the door with the key inside and not being able to open it from the outside -> implies opening the door or changing the lock: €400 or locksmith invoice, whichever is greater. Payment will be made in cash or through the Airbnb platform. - GENERAL RULES The fiestas y reuniones noidosas are strictly forbidden. Under sanction by the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the ones indicated in the reservation. Turn off lights and AC before leaving the floor. Please take the garbage out every day, especially during the summer months. There are bins on every street in the neighborhood. Thank you very much. - LEGISLATION Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all persons staying in the apartment, over 16 years of age. Failure to present the same will be the reason for the cancellation of the reservation. In accordance with Spanish law, all persons staying in a temporary rental apartment are required to present an identity document (identity card or passport), sign a temporary rental contract or accept the conditions set out on this website. In the event that you forget any belongings in the apartment, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we promise to keep them for a limited period of time, you will need to send someone on their behalf to pick them up. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the apartment. - RESPONSIBILITIES The person who books assumes all responsibility for the use of the appliances and furniture provided in the apartment. The apartment manager is not responsible for any incident, expense, loss of income or claim that may arise from the use, misuse or improper use of the appliances. Likewise, the apartment manager will not recognise or assume expenses related to ailments or alleged ailments caused by the use of the apartment furniture.
