Quiet House, Chaweng near Beach

It’s a cute house in Chaweng, within walking distance of Samui's top shopping center (Central Festival) and Chaweng Beach. You don't have to walk along the road; you can cross and walk by the lake (see picture). The house is quiet, surrounded by greenery, yet close to the busy center—a rare find in this area. Local Thai people live in the other houses; it's not a hotel. I rent it out because I work in Korea for a while. Pro: Good aircon, water pressure, comfy bed, location, Big monthly discount!
