Spacious farmhouse with fireplace, pool table and veranda

The space You will be staying in the rear part of the former farm ’t Spoel, facing the south and with unobstructed views of the bird catcher and two group shelters (in German ‘bunkers’) on the Schootsveldpad. The master bedroom is in the attic, a large bedroom with bed, TV and a dining table. Semi separated from it a sitting area with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette and laundry facilities and desk. Downstairs you have access to a large living room and fully equipped kitchen with a pool/dining table. You have a private bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor, where there is also a second bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. (You can also only choose the attic for a smaller price, or maybe you will find the haystack cozier; check out the other listings for that) Outside you can enjoy on the veranda and the big garden with sports field, ping pong table, lounge sofa with fire basket and outdoor kitchen, swing, and a large sunbathing area. We live in the (separate) front part of the house ourselves. You can spot many different birds, a hedgehog from time to time, and with regularity the cows of the neighbors graze in our yard. The yard is located on a number of popular hiking and cycling routes, NOTE: The accommodation is suitable for people with difficulty. Guest access You have access with its own front door (41A) to living space downstairs, and the first floor (sleeping, washing and peeing) to the attic (sleeping and staying). You can use the porch (private) and all the terraces and outdoor facilities (possibly sometimes shared). We ourselves occupy number 41, the front half of the same farmhouse. Other things to note You can enjoy the tranquility and space with us. We are not a typical B&B, but especially suitable for people who are keen on privacy and like to take care of their own wet and dry life.
