Equipped with all comforts, underfloor heating, cooling and ducted heating, table with 6 seats including all its fittings, coffee maker, water kettle, wi-fi, and an elephant bathroom with shower including shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, hair dryer and towels. Blankets, sheets, and pillows are included in the living room. Guest access Once the reservation is made you will be sent via SMS 2 links (the first one will allow you to open the gate and the condominium entrance door and the second one to open and close the security door of the apartment. The car can be left in the garage or inside the Dimora Paroira demarcated area. The keys to open the garage will be found in the quarters near the coffee machine.
