Blue Studio offers you everything you need to enjoy the vibrant environment of the City of Valencia. The space Do you want to live in the center of Valencia in a Studio with a Nordic and marine touch at the same time? Well, here you have it!! Loft in white, blue and gray with very marked sectors despite being all one. In the night area, you can enjoy a magnificent bed with drawers and with a spring mattress of 1.40 x 2.00 which makes it even more than comfortable. If you are bored and don't feel like going out, you can entertain yourself with the 55 "Smart TV. It is also ideal for remote working as it has a high speed internet and a super desk integrated into the living room furniture. While you will be able to cook whatever you want as you have a full kitchen with peninsula with two comfortable stoves for the enjoyment of a good meal or breakfast. Despite being a Studio, the stay manages to have many very marked and comfortable areas. Kitchen/dining room, living room, study corner and bedroom. ¡¡Bathroom has an electric radiator to keep you in winter the nice dry towels after the shower!! Guest access There is the Laundry area where you will access 2 lavaropas and 2 dryers. There you will find a wardrobe where there will be ironing boards, various clothes soaps and irons as well. Just at the entrance to the building you will find a station in Valenbisi (bike rental system) Other things to note IMPORTANT: TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, NOT A HOTEL This property is covered by Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2, of the Consell. Due to requirements of the Valencian region, upon arrival it will be necessary to complete and sign a CONTRACT corresponding to the reserved dates. This place is intended for temporary stays of a minimum of 11 nights. It is not a hotel and does not provide hotel or tourist services. There is no reception, breakfast, periodic cleaning, daily room service, change of sheets or towels during the stay, or continuous replenishment of toilet paper, hygiene products or consumables. The apartment is delivered clean, prepared and equipped with sheets, towels and an initial supply of complimentary essentials. During the stay, the guest must take care of the usual cleaning, the washing of the bed linens and towels, and the replenishment of the personal products needed. To do this, you will have free access to a common laundry area with washers and dryers. Of course, we will be available to attend to any breakdown, technical issue or problem related to the operation of the accommodation. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCATION: Blue Studio is located in the heart of the historic center of Valencia, in a central, urban area full of life. This location allows you to walk around much of the city, although at certain times you may notice the usual street activity, especially on weekends and during local celebrations. People who are especially sensitive to noise should take this into account before booking.
