We are located in a suburban neighborhood in Niles, IL. Highlights include: -Close to major highways (94, 294, etc) -Downtown Chicago: 15 miles away -O’hare airport, Rosemont, All-State Arena: 5-6 miles away -Advocate Lutheran Hospital: 2 miles away -Real Estate Institute: 2 miles -Many restaurants, and bars nearby -Pulse Milwaukee Bus within walking distance Please note: one 1 guest per room! The space This is a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit. This room is located on the 1st floor and you’ll share the bathroom with two other guests. The room is basic with a bed, desk, and chair. It has a spacious closet. It is primarily intended for those who need a comfortable place to rest. All common areas are shared with other housemates including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. All guests are expected to be quiet, respectful, clean, and considerate. Please note: my cleaners use scented detergents to wash your bedsheets and also scented cleaning solutions to clean your room and the unit. Guest access There is free street parking but make sure not to block anyone’s driveways. During your stay The best way to reach us is by messaging us. We will respond ASAP! Other things to note 1) Please take off your shoes. 2) No toiletries will be provided besides toilet paper. 3) Please be considerate of others: keep the noise level low, clean up after yourselves, and throw out your own garbage! 4) You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 other guests/tenants. Please be reasonable with how much time you spend in those areas. 5) Garbage day is Friday morning. Please throw out your own trash! 6) Please do your own dishes promptly. 7) Please buy your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
