Villa Vukov breg is located in the middle of a vineyard on the hills of Međimurje, in a quiet location with a breathtaking view. It is located near local restaurants, wineries and natural attractions that can be reached by a short car ride. Surrounded by a large garden and untouched nature, it provides everything you need for relaxation, but also for outdoor activities such as walking and cycling. It is ideal for families, couples and friends looking for peace and an authentic experience. The space The house consists of two separate, modernly furnished accommodation units (Superior and Deluxe apartments) that are connected by an external staircase. The total capacity is up to seven people. On the upper floor (Superior apartment) there is a studio space with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and the possibility of adding an extra bed. The space includes an open-plan bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large panoramic window, a lounge area with satellite TV and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, portable induction hob and coffee machine (Nespresso). The space has air conditioning, a heater in the bathroom and electric underfloor heating. On the lower floor (Deluxe apartment) there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed and a TV with satellite programs and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine (Nespresso). The space also includes a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The apartment has air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, a heater in the bathroom and a pellet stove. In the basement there is a common room with a small kitchen (fridge/freezer, portable induction hob), a selection of wines and beers and a dining table. There is also a bread oven, a pizza oven and a gas grill. In front there is a terrace with a seating area, overlooking the pool and vineyards, and an outdoor jacuzzi and Finnish sauna. On the same floor there is a separate room with a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot is available upon request. Guest access The entire facility is available to guests, including an outdoor area that includes a heated swimming pool (open: 06/01-09/30), a jacuzzi (available all year round) and a Finnish sauna. There is also a large terrace with a seating area, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a summer kitchen and a gas grill. Within the courtyard there is a children's playground (swing, wooden house and outdoor toys). Two regular and two electric bicycles are available to guests at no additional charge. Private parking is available for multiple vehicles. In the immediate vicinity there is also the Vukov breg picnic area, which offers homemade food and drinks (working hours by arrangement, mostly on weekends). Other things to note A welcome drink is included in the stay, and there is an additional offer of wine and beer in the basement. Payment is made on the spot, and the selection includes local labels. The outdoor area is regularly maintained (watering, mowing and cleaning the pool). With prior notice, it is possible to arrange the rental of quads and scooters.
